Yogakshema workshops intend to acquire or return to good health and stay healthy. The workshops in this group are related to health issues such as Diabetes reversal or Kidney health, elderly care health, and health of working professionals.
These workshops are specifically focused upon either an age group or specific health issue.
Who should attend?
Anyone with diabetes type 2 or a caregiver or family member of such person. Healthy adults with family history of Type 2 DM will also benefit. This workshop/program is for individuals looking to take a proactive approach to managing or potentially reversing type 2 diabetes. This isn't just a lecture; it's an actionable plan.
